It’s really a surprise (good) to us that we found really decent authentic food at Fortune Cookie in Springfield while almost every friend told me the best Chinese food is in Springfield (we tried 2 restaurants with 4.5+ rate, neither impressed us). Now, I’ll have to disagree with them. The most precious matter we enjoyed is the detail attention the chef dedicated to the food.
Authentic Chinese food. One of the better options for szechuan in the area. Pretty crowded most the time but can usually get seats pretty quick. Ordered take-out. Prices a bit high and portions a bit small, but excellent quality and taste.
Excellent place for a fast eat. Food is delicious. Chicken noodles along with steamed rice & orange chicken are the best. Friendly staff.The atmosphere is cozy while the restaurant is filled with people and the aroma of exceptional food. The kind staff with the consistent food does not disappoint. Will return for more soon!
